Refund policy

We want you to love your Luna pieces.
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can assist.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, sanitary stickers (if applicable) must be intact

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Any items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup marks, deodorant stains, or damage will not be accepted.




Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only permitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Exchanges must be for the same item or same value

  • Exchanges across different ranges or for items of a different price are not guaranteed

Limited edition, sale items, or discontinued ranges are not eligible for exchange.




Store Credit

  • Store credit may be offered at Luna Active’s discretion

  • Store credit is issued as a voucher for the value paid and is valid for future purchases

  • Store credit is not guaranteed, especially for:

    • Limited edition items

    • Discontinued ranges

    • Sale items

    • Gifted items purchased outside the return window




Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed for faulty or incorrect items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method




Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs

  • Free shipping (if offered) applies one way only

  • If an incorrect or faulty item is sent, Luna Active will cover return shipping

  • If a faulty or incorrect item has been worn, a return or exchange cannot be processed




Colour & Product Appearance

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches.
Luna Active cannot offer refunds or returns based on minor colour variations between product images and received items.




Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank
