Because every body is different, sizing can feel tricky — this guide is here to help you choose the best fit.

How to Measure

We recommend measuring yourself with a soft measuring tape, close to the body, not loose:

• Waist: Around the narrowest part of your waist

• Hips: Around the fullest part of your hips

• Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest

Sports Bra Size Guide

Our sports bras are designed for comfort and movement, not extreme compression (unless stated otherwise).

Step 1: Find your bra size

• Measure underbust (around your ribcage, just under the bust)

• Measure bust (around the fullest part of your chest)

• The difference determines your cup size

Step 2: Match to Luna sizing

General Fit Advice

• If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort

• Activewear should feel supportive but never restrictive

• Fit may vary slightly between collections due to fabric, cut, or stretch

• Lighter colours may feel slightly firmer when first worn

Squat-Proof & Coverage

Most Luna leggings are squat-proof when worn in the correct size.
If leggings feel too tight, restrictive, or see-through, sizing up is usually the best option.

Tops & Bras

• If you prefer a snug, supportive fit, stay true to size

• If you prefer a more relaxed fit or are between sizes, size up

• Adjustable straps offer extra flexibility

• Fuller bust? Consider sizing up for comfort
