How do I know which size to choose?

We highly recommend checking our Sizing Guide before placing your order
Each collection may fit slightly differently, so please refer to the sizing guide specific to that range.
If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.

What if the colour looks slightly different in person?

We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches.
Minor colour differences are not considered faults.




Are your leggings squat-proof?

Most of our leggings are squat-proof when worn in the correct size.
Please note that lighter colours may appear less opaque if sized down.




Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our styles and colours are limited edition and produced in small batches.
Once sold out, they may not be restocked.




Can I exchange or return my item?

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your parcel and are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please note:

  • Limited edition, discontinued, and sale items may not be eligible for exchange or return

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Store credit may be offered at Luna Active’s discretion

What happens if my exchange item sells out?

Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
If your requested item sells out before your exchange is finalised, a store credit may be offered at Luna Active’s discretion.




Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only processed for faulty or incorrect items, in line with our Returns Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.




Who covers shipping for returns or exchanges?

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Luna Active will only cover shipping costs if an incorrect or faulty item was sent.

Free shipping (if offered) applies one way only.




How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.




Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible once your order has been confirmed.




How should I care for my Luna pieces?

To keep your Luna activewear looking and feeling its best:

  • Cold wash only

  • Wash inside out

  • Avoid fabric softeners

  • Do not tumble dry

Proper care helps maintain colour, stretch, and longevity
